The same helped for the version of InfraRecorder installed with the installer, only difference is that the settings.xml file is located in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\InfraRecorder. Deleting that file allowed me to start InfraRecorder again. I found a workaround though: After the first run, there is a filled called "settings.xml" in the InfraRecorder portable folder. But afterwards InfraRecorder wouldn't start up a second time. The first time I started InfraRecorder it worked well and again I was able to burn a CD. So I tried the portable version as viale73 suggested and the same thing happened. Same thing happend as dnemls described, process was visible in the task manager but no windows was shown. After that and after I closed InfraRecorder, I wasn't able to start it up again. I installed InfraRecorder (64bit) on Win10 with the installer, and the first time I started it, it worked well and I was able to burn a CD.
